Customer Returns
New With Tag or New Without Tag. This may be used to describe product that has been returned to the brand by a customer, new items directly from the brand or manufacturer, or samples/overstock direct from the brand/manufacturer or distributor. We are proud to offer NWT/NWOT products alongside our secondhand items for a diverse selection of products that suit your inventory needs.
Gently Used - Secondhand
Gently Used refers to all of our secondhand product that is sorted in our warehouse. We utilize our sorting app, which was built in-house, customized to our exact needs. This tech allows for gently used items to flow through the system to be able to keep more clothes out of the trash. Our gently used secondhand offerings may include some light signs of wear, new with tag items, and excellent condition items. Keep in mind, all of our Gently Used secondhand products may have up to a 15% flaw rate.
NWT/NWOT
New With Tag or New Without Tag. This may be used to describe product that has been returned to the brand by a customer, new items directly from the brand or manufacturer, or samples/overstock direct from the brand/manufacturer or distributor. We are proud to offer NWT/NWOT products alongside our secondhand items for a diverse selection of products that suit your inventory needs.
Pallets
Products that contain approximately 400 units per box will be packaged and shipped in a pallet. These palletized orders are shipped using freight LTL services for secure and efficient delivery.
Raw Pallets
Just like standard pallets, raw pallets also have around 400 units per box and are transported using freight LTL services, ensuring secure and efficient delivery. The key distinction between raw pallets and regular pallets lies in the contents; items within a raw pallet do not undergo a condition check and are final sale
Samples
Samples are products that come to us from a brand, manufacturer, or other third-party. Samples could have retail tags, sample tags, or manufacturer tags. Please refer to the Product Description for detailed information specific to each listing.
