Shipping policy
Orders destined for the US and Canada are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS, depending on the buyer's location. Please note that pallet shipments are limited to the US. For international bulk orders, please reach out to support@nusource.io for assistance.
** Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once a package has left our facility, the shipping carrier will hold all liability if a package is lost, stolen or damaged.
Most orders are fulfilled within 7–10 business days based on inventory availability. Orders containing presale, backordered, or special-order items may require additional processing time. If an order includes both in-stock and presale items, fulfillment may be delayed until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
Kindly note that certain orders may be shipped via freight delivery, either in a Gaylord on a pallet or in boxes placed on a pallet.
For Canadian orders, shipping rates are weight-based, and duties/fees are collected at checkout to prevent additional customs charges for customers.
