What to expect:
Inventory is sourced as returns, meaning items may have minor cosmetic imperfections or signs of handling typical of this classification. Pieces are not assumed to be new and may show light wear, storage marks, or small defects depending on the individual pair. Shoes are shipped in boxes. Most are matching product boxes although some may be blank/unbranded.
This assortment is structured around brand visibility and category diversity, rather than curated styles or guaranteed brand distribution.
Condition standard:
Returns footwear. Minor cosmetic flaws or handling marks may be present. Pairs with major structural damage are excluded.

Please note that while we perform a strict condition check, you are purchasing secondhand or NWT/NWOT clothing. Items may have been previously worn, used, returned, or classified as overstock or samples. Because of this, your pack may include minor imperfections, including but not limited to:
- Small, washable stains
- Light pilling
- Missing buttons
- Minor fabric runs
- Deodorant marks
- Small seam holes
- Makeup marks (e.g., on collars)
- Fabric pulls
- Dust marks
- Wrinkling
- Holes in pockets
- Security tags
- Pet hair
Important: We do not guarantee any specific size or style assortments in any pack, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If more than 15% of your order (for example, 6 items in a 40-piece pack) contains severe damage, we will provide replacements or refunds. However, the imperfections listed above are not considered severe damage and do not count toward the 15% threshold. Shipping Info
Most orders placed on our website are shipped within a few days, but some items may take 14-20 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to ship. Some items do ship faster than others, so you may receive a portion of your order while another portion is still being fulfilled. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email.
We know that time is money, and you need your inventory ASAP. Our team works hard to sort, pack, and fulfill your order. Because it is our goal to provide you with the most options available to help you save money on your cost of goods, NuSource ships your order via FedEx within the contiguous United States.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship with a separately calculated shipping rate, and Canadian orders will have calculated shipping rates based on weight and package size, including customs fees.
Custom orders may incur additional shipping fees due to the volume of inventory ordered and may be shipped via LTL. If LTL is preferred, we will coordinate the pickup and delivery unless otherwise noted. The freight company can also provide a pallet jack and lift gate.

Return Policy
We never want our customer to feel like they didn't receive what they expected. If we made a mistake, we promise we will fix it for you. Our customer service team is dedicated to helping you feel secure in your order. Please note that customers have 7 days after tracked delivery to reach out to customer service requesting a refund.
